Gaston Kroub

Gaston Kroub is a founding partner of K2K Law and an intellectual property litigator with more than 25 years of experience in patent defense and enforcement. His practice has a strong emphasis on pharmaceutical and life-sciences patent disputes, alongside a broad technology litigation and advisory practice.

Gaston has represented clients in complex matters involving drug formulations, compositions, methods of treatment, manufacturing processes, and delivery technologies — working closely with scientific experts and navigating highly technical and regulated subject matter. He brings a practical, litigation-focused approach to patent strategy, ensuring that enforcement and licensing decisions are grounded in real-world outcomes.

Sergey Kolmykov

Sergey Kolmykov is a founding partner of K2K Law and a highly regarded intellectual property litigator and strategist with over 25 years of experience in patent defense and enforcement. His practice is predominantly focused on high-technology patent disputes, including software, telecommunications, networking systems, electronics, and complex computer-implemented inventions.

Sergey has led high-stakes patent litigation in U.S. federal courts and before the PTAB involving technically sophisticated systems, where success depends on precise claim construction, deep technical understanding, and the ability to translate complex engineering concepts into persuasive advocacy. He is particularly known for claim-centric litigation strategy and rigorous infringement and validity analysis.
